Default Water leak back seat

Ive had bad condensation in my car tried loads of things but upon investigation the rear nearside seat is wet, clear and odorless guess its water but when i lifted the seat up underneath is very wet but i cant find the source of the leak , any advice greatly appreciated p.s. rooflining is dry?

I was having a similar issue with my 2010 3. I tore the weather stripping off the right side of the car (was the wet side for me) and bought clear silicone. What happens is the rivets that hold the roof rack mounts will Crack and start letting water seep through.
To fix this I just covered every edge under the weather stripping in silicone rtv and let put weather stripping back on while wet. Hope this helps you too
