My Daughter's car has 104K miles. So I decided to give it a drive to look for needed maintenance issues. One thing I found was a vibration in the right Front tire area. It only happens on acceleration between first and second gear. ( it is an auto transmission, but I see the dash numbers changing)

Any ideas where I can start the trouble shooting process. ??

 

i say axles (mine does the same) but id have the wheel balance checked first just to be safe

 

The car seems to vibrate on right turn only. Tires are Brand New. Could it be a CV Joint going bad, if so how would I check?

 

if car makes a clicking sound when turning left then its your right axle and opposite for left turns. Lift up the car and grab the axle, if it has too much play then its bad

 

You may also want to check the right motor mount.
