Talking fluid change

Is you car a manual or automatic transmission?
I'm not a grease monkey but at 63 I looked up a youtube video a googled a how to and did the job myself and had a neighbor help with the measuring as the fluid came out. Put in Redline Synthetic D4 fluid 3 qts at a time, bought 4ft clear tubing at HomeDepot 3/8 in inner diameter. Clear 15 qt tub, 3/8" Drive Hex Bit Socket, long funnel to transmission fill tube. 1 1/2 hr later job done cost under $120 vs dealer at $260 for synthetic fluid change. If you can change your oil you can do this. Drain out 3 qts from the pan replace the bolt and fill the 3 qts...hook up the clear tube to the silver tuna can like pump and start your car have a friend hold the tube in the tub and shift to netural, reverse, drive to expell out 3 more qts of fluid turn off motor and fill repeat again till fluid drains red and cut off engine hook up hose clamps tighten splash sheild and run engine to operating temps and check dip stick fluid level top up if necessary but don't over fill.

There's no problem doing it yourself, ( assuming its a auto) but you must use genuine Mazda MV ATF.
