Transmission Fluid
Hi All,
Quick question. This picture isn't the clearest but I have heard conflicting reports. I always keep an eye on my car and maintain it as much as I can. I though the golden rule of thumb was a light reddish/cherry color for tranny fluids. But I hear that synthetic based fluids turn a light brown after not many miles. Is this true. Because I have to get an oil change and I always check the level of all my fluids and this is the color of my tranny fluid. Its making me quite nervous. I figured if it were bad the dealership would have told me as they always want business. My Mazda 3 has about 22,800 miles on it. What do you all think?
