I would like to know the torq spec for the main rear oil seal housing,clutch pressure plate and flywheel

What year exact model and engine size?????
But you can actually find this answer by looking at service procedure in any on line available factory service manuals.

rear main oil seal housing (the component that holds the rear main seal) has a specified torque of 9 Nm (6.6 lb‑ft)
