Thumbs up Tire's

First of all I just got back from watching the nascar races this last Sunday in Ft. Worth. My first super speed race to see in person. Johnson could of passed Gordon with no problem except the fact he wanted his part owner and team mate to win a race. Been 1.5 years since Gordon had a win. Was a good race over all and I really enjoyed my last three-four weeks of watching Nascar live at Bristol & Texas.

Back to main subject of tires. Will be needing a set soon. I have done plenty of research online and reading forum's like this one and have came to the conclusion that their is not a tire 205/50-17" tire that will give you a quite ride after let's say after the first 10,000 miles. Here in central the main driving conditions is prety much dry and usually pretty hot.
What experience has any one reaslly had with the s touring sedan with the 205/50-17" tires as far as milage and quitness, and handling. My driving style is considered easy but I do drive about 5-10 miles over limit while on freeways. Right now I have been lookilg at the Discount Tire YK520. It has very good rateing as far as traction and speed rateing. They advertise it as 60,000 mile tread wear. 40-45,000 mile would be fine with me if this is a good riding tire and quite after some mles are put on it. Open for suggestions.

I've got over 11,000 miles on my 205/50 R17 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires and they're still as quiet as the day I got them in November, and for that matter, they're still quieter than the Goodyear Eagle RS-As that came on my car (which had all of 714 miles on them when I yanked them).

Given that the Michelins still look brand new, my bet is that they'll last an easy 50,000 miles on my 2009 Mazda3 i.
