Stuck manual seat

The driver's seat in my 2014 is stuck and won't move forward or backwards.

I can pull the lever in the front of the seat up, but the right track seems to be stuck.

I can't even remove the seat to take a better look.

Any ideas?

Adjust the seat height to Max, try and look with a torch for any jams. Also make sure both rails are being triggered/unlocked via the main lever.

The inside rail (right) is not being triggered no matter how hard I pull on the main lever.

I can't see anything blocking or obstructing it though

I tried prying up from below on the right rail, but no luck...

Any more ideas?

I would source the help of someone more mechanically minded. ( ie : local mechanical workshop )
