Hello, if a newer Mazda3 sits in a hot garage for 3 to 6 months at a time with out being started year after year,is there any thing we need to do to prepare it for the long hibernation? Is there anything bad that could happen to the car if it just sits there for months at a time, someone mentioned break corrosion but i dont know. Thank You for all your help.

You might want to consider a trickle charger to keep the battery fresh. As for brake corrosion, not much of an issue. Yes, the brakes will probably have a light coating of rust, but a couple of stops will erode that stuff right back down to the normal shiny friction surface.
