Default springs

i live on a dirt road with pot holes unfortunatley, how much do you think i should lower the car?

depends on the type of springs and shocks you have...use the company's suggested lowering specs and just take it nice and easy on your dirty potted road and youll be fine.

I've been running Eibach Prokit springs on my 05 3i sedan with the stock struts/shocks. They seem to be fine. I've got a set of the Mazdaspeed shocks/struts sitting in my garage until I have the time to put them into my car. I expect the ride to get more firm with the Mazdaspeed struts (increased damping coefficient).

I also go down dirt roads and you just have to take it slow and you'll be fine. (Prokit dropped from 1" rear 1.2" on my car...it now sits level)

id say lower it by 1.2 to 1.5 and go with the eibach prokit lowering springs any lower and you might have problems not only with the cops or with the terrain.

Go for Eibach Pro or H&R Sport, they are both almost equal, as for shocks and struts you might wanna do it when your original one's will wear out.
