Advance timing, Throttle body ground, CAI (cold air intake), or SRI (short ram intake). i would say a few more things but i am in a hurry. look around on other forums you'll get a lot more ideas and walk throughs.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a lot of free mods avaiable.
1. Monzsta's AdvancedTiming Mod, mentioned by 2.0. Personally, I'd do this one first.
2. The Poor Man's SRI, by yours truly. It's not a replacement for a proper intake, I assure you.
3. Throttle Body/Fuel Railground, which some say works, other's don't. Like you said it "seems to give better throttle response.
4. Throttle Body bypass mod, for the coolant that runs through it. Again,of questionable value.

Fuel mileage computer activation.
Put the key in the ignition, do not start. Hold down the CD and the AM/FM buttons at the same time, now turn the Key on, after about 5 seconds you will see Dis on in the display. Turn off the car, restart and use your set button to go through the trip computer.
