I will do this.Do you think adding humiseal to seal it is a good idea?

 

Hi, tried several times to install a K/N SRI on my Mazda 3i, each time it ran great for about 5 days then the car would stall or either cut off. The installation was correct, it just would cut off. Please help!! I would like to keep that SRI system install. I am now using a K/N panel filter and it works fines, no stalls or cutoffs.

 

I can't wait to try this trick. I live in arizona where the humidity is non-existant. I don't think I even need to worry about rust. I notice my '07 3s hesitates a tad when I need to pull out quickly into traffic. Sometimes it freaks me out because I count on it responding quickly, then it doesn't. How cool if this fixes it!
