Question Shock Strut location?

Where are the shocks and struts located on a 2012 Mazda 3?
Does the 2012 Mazda 3 have struts and shocks rear and front?

I was told that only struts are in front and shocks are in back of my 2012 Mazda 3......Is this true?

Sorry you did not get a better answer but most on forums are DIY and not Automotive Technician's.
