Shift Interlock Solenoid
I know it's normal for the shift interlock solenoid to make a slight clicking noise when pressing the brake. However my 2019 3's shift solenoid clicks repeatedly for about two seconds when I start my car. Is this normal???
Thanks mine is out. I had to open the steering column and manually disengage it today. Would there be any reason not to file down the road untill I have time to fix it? Just looking for anything I may not have thought of. I don't see and issue. Had the truck for a few years and I know to press Kodi nox the pedal to shift out of park. I don't think I going to hurt anything.
