Default Retrofitting Airbag deactivation switch to Mazda3 BL model (2010) in Spain

I have a Mazda3 2010 BL model (not the BK). I have recently had a child and so want to be able to deactivate the airbag in the front seat so that I can carry them in the front passenger seat.

I have conflicting information on whether it is possible or not with my model. One Mazda dealer has told me it isn't possible, another has told me he will get the parts in and do the work for me (but I don't have a great deal of confidence in them).

I have found the following link:
http://www.mazdabg.com/ftp-uploads/M...-L1003_SRS.pdf
that on page 2-47 says it is possible with the BK model, but doesn't say anything about the BL model.

Anyone out there know if it is possible or not? I haven't been able to find any definitive information one way or the other. I am waiting a call back from Mazda with the information, but nothing from them yet either.
