Remove rear drivers side seat belt

My dog chewed through the rear drivers side seat belt in my 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback. I'm having trouble finding the specific instructions on how to remove the assembly and replace the webbing. Can you help?

Thanks so much! The instructions you listed are for a front seat belt. Is it the same process as removing the rear belt?

Need to replace the front driver seat belt. The link for install and where to find
parts is not available as listed in thzpcs posting. This is for a 1994 323.
