Rear window goes down not up

Default Rear window goes down not up
Back passenger window goes down not up have 12v up and down on the back door switch. changed the regulator yesterday and still same problem. What else can I try?

Will be a faulty switch, either the master switch on the drivers door or the individual door switch. Swap the door switches from LR to RR and see what happens.

I've swapped the back doors over. will try the drivers thank you
