Exclamation Rear shock mount cracked from bolt

One of my rear shock mounts is cracked only where it attaches to the bolt, the piece itself is intact. However, it rattles a lot. I would be able to fix this issue myself in about a week but I have to drive about 500 miles home first. Is it possible/safe for me to drive this far with a cracked shock mount? I don't want to pay a mechanic.

I wouldn't risk your life, or the life of other road users.
