WOW!! That's all it was?
Well, at least now we know of a simple fix for what seems a difficult problem.
Perhaps you need to change the way your stereo/Sirius is wired?

Really the way it's wired shouldn't hurt anything. Maybe it was just one of those freak incidents. Thing is, even though I have the power wire spliced into the yellow wire coming from the car's harness, there IS a fuse inline with that wire going to the SIRIUS box. Can't remember what the amperage was, but I think it's only a 5 or 10 amp fuse, which the room fuse is 15, so I don't know wtf could have caused that. The fuse on my Pioneer head unit is perfectly intact too. Maybe all the devices somehow at the same time pulled just enough power below their fuse's amperage but enough to pop the room fuse that it happened. I still have the factory radio in it right now but I'm going to put the aftermarket unit back in (without the SIRIUS and iPod adapters) and see what happens. After that I'll try splicing back in the SIRIUS and iPod wires and see what happens.
