Default Paint flaking from mirrors or plastics in general?

I have a 2015 M3 sGT hatch. I found that the paint on plastic parts has seemed to started fading. Making it worse, the paint on the mirrors and rear spoiler (if that’s what it is called) has started to flake.

the car is waxed a few times a year, washed every other week at the most. 48k miles and looks fantastic... minus the plastic paint issue. You can see the paint difference in the spoiler issue.

has anyone else had this issue?

RED is always troublesome on many platforms. Your pictures tend to lead me think your car see's a lot of hot sun light and ? Also where ever you live FLORIDA there is a lot of minerals in your water.
I own a 2005 RED Chrysler car and it is a PIA to keep up on it to prevent mine from looking like your new MAZDA. Mostly when parked it get a covered.

Sorry to say but at this point and only judging by the 2 pictures all you can do is repaint the area's that are faded.
