P0117 code wierd problem MaZda3 2.3 2005
Hey guys, I changed my ECT sensor and the check engine light still on. I checked the voltage on my wire I got 4.5v.
The problem is when I put the car in gear To go forward the temperature change from 192F To 248. When I am in neutral and I press the throttle the temps stay at 192F. I tried to put the car in reverse and floor it, the temps stay stable too. So I wiggled all the wire in the hood and no change at the sensor temps. So the PCM is bad or this is something else, my exhaust line is loose can it cause a short if it touch the car body ? Thx (2.3 L manual )
