Pretty much like the title says. I am looking at used mazdaspeed3's, with anywhere from 20,000-60,000 miles. The prices range from $14,000-$17,000.
I figure most people that buy a ms3 are gonna drive it pretty hard, with that being said is their any issues to look for on ANY of the years (07-11)? Are there common issues that show up at the 40,000-60,000 mile mark? Does it turn into a lemon and suck at 60k?
Any relevant, first hand info would be appreciated.

 

Were it that I was looking for a used MazdaSpeed3, the first thing I'd be looking for is any modifications. For my part, if I spot so much as a K&N aftermarket air filter I'll walk; if I see a custom intake, exhaust, or suspension I won't walk, I'll run.

Said another way, unless the vehicle being examined is bone-stock, continue your search.

 

Any other advice on a used Mazdaspeed 3 other than not getting one that was modified?
