I checked the vendor buys thread and didn't see anything on oil filters. I found a case of them on ebay for the 2.3 but I would rather support this site if I can, so is there any vendor buy connected to this site that I can get a case of the 2.3 oil filters from?

Also, anyone know the reason Mazda put a battery cooler duct on this car? Seems weird.

 

probably because the bettery is covered, and a battery will give out i believe hydrogen gas (flammable)..... and apparently the battery gets hot too, so i guess it just cools it, and it makes the engine bay look a little cleaner
