Default What about these oil filters??

Thought I would try to change my own oil this time around and I was at the store and saw two different oil filters. One was a motorcraft (ford) and the other is a fram. Both have the 2 o rings but one is close to 4 and one is around 8-9. Which filter might work? Also do you really need a "special" tool to take the oil filter casing off? All I have is an adjustable oil filter wrench. Well let me know

Oh, you're such a FORD guy....
That deal from Med is a good one for sure, but I'm seriously thinking of converting... http://www.mazdastuff.com/product.cfm?ProductID=2869
