Has anyone else had their screen suddenly get so dark you can hardly read it only to have it suddenly brighten up again?

Do you have auto lights?
Is your sat nav display set to "day" "night" or "Auto"?

Turn off your auto headlights and try it for a few days & see if it still plays up.
