I have a Mazda 3 2020 and the navigation guidance audio is not working although i turned on all the settings and volume. And yet i can hear the voice when it is saying route recalculation, but it does no audio instructions for the turns required to drive the route. Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

 

I know this has been raised before on the forum but I don’t recall the solution. Hopefully someone knows the solution.

I am having exactly the same symptoms with my 2019 Mazda 3. The last time it happened, the dealer recommended a factory reset which solved the problem but all my setting had to be re-set. Does anyone know if there's a quicker solution please?
