I’d like to buy a Mazda3, and the modern safety features— i-ACTIVSENSE—are extremely important to me. I’d like to avoid buying the latest model if I can while still getting the latest safety systems. Does anyone know the last time these were updated to a new version? In other words, what is the earliest year I can buy and still get the latest safety features?

 

So I just picked up a new 2017 Mazda 3 GT with the premium upgrade package and I'm starting to have a bit of some buyers remorse now that I didn't get the model with the safety package. Does anyone actively use these features in the package? Am I missing any "must have" 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 features by opting out of this package?
