Hi All,

I've recently purchased a Mazda3 Ts2 a couple of months ago.

All is fine with the car apart from one little issue - I've paired my phone with the car through bluetooth and if I want to use it to play music or listen to a podcast it works just fine.

However, if I try and make a phone call, the sound quality is patchy at best - the sound from the other person on the line dips in and out of being ok, and then becoming very echo-ey / patchy and at times completely inaudible.

It's not a deal-breaker, but I'd really like to get it working properly if at all possible.

I've tried with my personal phone, my work phone and my wife's phone and have the same issue with each of them, so pretty sure the issue is on the Mazda side and not the phone.
