Mazda3 2007 questions.
My plan is to become a Mazda3 owner sometimes in the next few months, and I'm trying to find out anything I can about the 2007 model.
First thing is, I don't even know when this model is expected to hit the North American market (I live in Canada). I've heard some say around september this year, but is there any talk about that from dealers?
Also, is there a definite set of features/enhancements 2007 will have on the NA market over the 2006 models? I've just read a report that says Japanese model even offers an option for advanced keyless entry and engine start (the kind where you only have to keep fob somewhere in your pocket and the car detects it). Is this going to be available on the American model too? Are there any pictures of exterior and interior of the 2007 Sport version?

So I guess the advanced keyless system won't be an option in America?

The following are newly adopted features.
- A Bose(R) sound system that can accommodate MP3 files with subwoofer and seven speakers which are available as factory-installed option. (This is available for all models except for the 15F and 15C grades.)
- An advanced keyless entry & engine starter system available as a factory-installed option for all grades except for the 15F.
- A steering wheel-mounted gearshift switch that enables the driver to shift without moving his or her hand from the steering wheel. (Standard equipment on the 20S and the 23S.)
- An immobilizer that an effective that deterrent. (Standard equipment for all models except for the 15F.)
- A three-point seatbelt for the middle seat in the rear seat area and headrests. (Standard equipment for all models)
