are there any major improvements on the 2005 over the 2004 model? sedan GT or hatchback? I am thinking of getting one and acrording to some car review sites, 2005 models are the same as 2004. I wonder if they fixed the air bag issue.....

Basically the '04 and '05 models are the same. Same options, same packages, etc. The biggest difference is that the '04 is a firt model year car vs. the '05 where they've worked some of the bugs out of them. Take a look at the list of TSB's to see some of the things they've improved.
