Hello guys i just bought a Mazda 3 hatchback 12/20 BP5P model from japan and imported it to Cyprus. I was trying to connect with Mymazdaapp and because the car is made for japan market it doesnt have the 17 digit chassis number ,it has 11 and so the application doesnt recognize the car. Also the car doesnt have a navigation sd card and i went to the dealer here in cyprus and they told me that they cant supply me with an sd card because it will not recognise the VIN number off the car . Do you have any idea how can i solve this problem of mine?
