Mazda 3 ECU
It is not a good idea just to get a used ECU. But if you must do it that way you will need to have a Mazda dealership flash the ECU to the latest or last version for your VIN .
Or you would need to find an independent service shop that can do what is called a ECU pass-through which is essentially the same as a dealership only of they have the latest ECU version for your VIn so make sure before you pay them for the service.
The better idea is find a retailer that has a ECU rebuilt for your VIN. That way you will get a proper ECU and ECU flashed. Plus a warranty .
