Mazda 3 Alarm and Lock defect

New to this forum.
Problem:
2007 Mazda 3 sitting in my garage, doors unlocked.
When I open any door, the alarm goes off and only way to stop it is with the fob. This happens even when sitting in car. Very annoying.
Any ideas how to fix this?
