Mazda 3 AC hot/cold issue.

My daughter's 2006 Mazda 3 AC blows warm air then change to cold and back to warm, I recharge it but still doing the same. Can somebody help by letting me know what could be the problem so maybe I can fix it?

The problem may be caused the a/c condenser.
