When I started up my car today after a night where I had been idling my car for 2 hours listening to music there is a robotic/electric noise that goes on and off until a few minutes has passed


Also, since it’s -20 Celsius here washer fluid has frozen (rated -18) and clutch and gas pedal feels very stiff, but I only drove 20 minutes to work so I don’t know if this could have been fixed by driving longer..

Any suggestions for my issues?
Can it be linked to my ABS unit that is not currently working?
