Mazda 3 2009 has been replaced

Symptoms were all the common problems
Jerked into reverse
Wouldn't drive forward unless really put foot down
- AT FAULT
- ENGINE LIGHT
ANd other warning lights

So....
When the lights are off the car drives better than it has ever driven before, but when the codes are on its all the common symptoms of TCM LOSS COMM

​​​​only owned the car 6 months
TCM was replaced 12 months ago had no clue until this issue has occurred in the past 3 weeks.

So far have brought replacement TCM, because it's obvious not the gear box if it drives fine with no codea, I've remounted it like previously told too

but now it seems the codes want to come back even on a cold start after turning the car off/ locking the car.

Im wondering where the earth for the motor is suppose to be on these models 2009 sp25 the battery earth has been adjusted the terminals have been cleaned and are fine.

Leads me to believe either a wiring loom ghost or earth problem ? Would someone please give a a bit of advice.
