Default Mazda 3 2005 engine failure(video)

Hello, I'm posting because I'm looking for some diagnostic help as I am not the owner or have that much of an understanding of car mechanics, but I was hoping fellow Mazda owners would have some input for potential problems with this 2005 Mazda 3.

https://streamable.com/bh6sh

I was told startup was achieved once before this happened, this is a first time occurrence, and we'd like to not risk moving the vehicle even if it would start to a shop or paying any fees. Had this vehicle for 12 years, probably not the best of maintenance I'm told, but I've got no initial clue to the inner workings of the engine and maintenance.

Is this engine failure? Is this fixable or is it going to be a costly repair, and what are some things I should do If I'd like to fix this myself, assuming it's possible.

There is no way of knowing what the issue is based upon your video, I suggest you have the car towed to a competent shop for diagnosis and repair.

Check the basics, oil level & appearance, coolant level & appearance, check for spark, check for fuel pressure.
