Default Maintenance advice

My 09 Mazda with 165k miles went in for an oil change today. They recommended a transmission flush, fuel system cleaner, and brake fluid flush. I've heard that it is not a good idea to flush the trransmassion after so many miles.

The car is running in good condition for a car with 165k miles, so should I fork over the $400 to get all the services done, or should I skip some?

Thanks for the advice to a newbie here. I'm usually good with stuff, but need peace of mind in this situation.
