Advice on Maintenance to perform on used 2016 GT AWD
Hi All -- I am taking over a 2016 CX-5 GT AWD Tech from my buddy since he's moving to Asia for awhile.
It's natural I inherit it as I negotiated a sick deal for him
Anyway, he's lived with it on Big Bear through a Mountainous winter for 6 months and the last 6 months in Palm Desert. So basically in 2 extreme climates.
The car has roughly 14k miles. Looking to get any insight on maintenance that should absolutely be done outside of the routine (oil changes, filters). I see from the manual AWD fluid is lifetime and doesn't need changes. Just looking for owner experiences and tips on making sure the car is good to go for the wife.
Thanks in advance!

I take it that this car is so reliable and awesome nothing needs to be done?!
I'm coming from owning many Hondas/Acuras so just making sure heh. I'm thinking filter replacements due to desert dust.
