Talking Low beam lights

Before I buy new bulbs that cost 25.00 each to get brighter lights then the factory ones is their an adjustment one can make to raise the low beam up. Mine appears to be low and spread out on both sides. Mazda 3 sedan-2007 S. Any input would be appreciated.

imo the mazda3 low beams are a pain in the ***. they never sit right after you put new ones in.. however if you do it througouly and take about 30 mins- 45 mins and get it done perfectly... they do make a big difference.. i learned the hard way when my first set of bulbs burned out.. now i got the HID's and they make a difference
