Locked Hands-free: 2011 i Touring
Hey everyone,
I just bought a used 2011 Mazda 3i Touring from a dealer (not a Mazda dealership, so they'll be no help). When I went to setup the BT connection, it told me that the hands-free was locked and I needed to enter a passcode. It didn't come with a manual or any info that might have the code.
I've tried the following:
I've gotten nowhere with any of these options. Any other ideas? If not, is there a way to do a hard reset? Thanks.

- Obvious codes (0000, 1111, 1234, 9999)
- Radio on/off, pressing AUTO-M and 2 at the same time for a few seconds
- Deleting all previous paired devices
- Holding down radio power button, preset 5 and seek down for a few seconds
I've gotten nowhere with any of these options. Any other ideas? If not, is there a way to do a hard reset? Thanks.
