Default License plate lights

anyone know a good site to purchase blue led license plate lights

Yes, several.
But be forewarned you might get pulled over for them. The po-po don't like "regular people" using their color on personal vehicles... at least in most places. You may want to search your states DOT website to be sure.

^^ What he said, you'll likely get pulled over for having exterior blue illumination. Hell even some people have gotten pulled because they're white LEDs looked bluish (which makes sense as they're more towards the blue end of the spectrum from regular incandescents).

EBAY, but yes you will probably get ripped over.
Go with the white LED, they look kind of blue as mentioned before, thats what I have on my and don't look to bad.

That sucks. I have been driving a Penske truck for work during the holiday season and the rear license plate has a white LED with that slight hint of blue. I was never messed with but I don't know the laws in Texas regarding that... though I imagine it couldn't be bad anywhere else since it is a nationwide company.

EDIT: That reminds me... I noticed this morning that my license plate lights were dim as hell. Maybe I should look into these.
