Default LED REAR COMBINATION LAMP

Hi, I currently drive a Tamura model of the Mazda3 and was wondering if the LED rear break lights that come with the Sport and MPS modelcould be fitted onto my car or is it a factory fit job?

Cheers
M.

Hmmm? I'm not familiar w/that particular model, but I don't see why not? Manyhave replaced their OE tails w/LEDs of one form or another.
Making an educated guess, I think it could easily be done... provided the tails are designed for your particular body style. i.e. sedan or hatchback. They are not interchangeable between the two. That I am sure of.

After Googling it it looks like it will go right in, I know it does in the States.

BTW Richard, it is British.

Yeah it's a special edition model, think it is only available in Britain, i don't see why they wouldn't fit, as it has the exact same body kit as the Sport edition, just without the few extras like the LED lights and a smaller engine.

Any idea where i could get these lights from?

I would say the Dealer, not to sure about aftermarket stuff across the pond.
I know the cheapest I have seen them in the states is right about $700 US (about 345 Pounds) from the dealer, and that is not counting the lights on the hatch itself.

Occasionally I have seen a pair on eBay, usually from a Taiwanese seller though. 'Don't know if I'd wanna go there. It could be legit, but who knows?

Most of my experiences of buying aftermarket parts that were made in Taiwan is that the parts never quite fit right. Seems if he could get the parts from a US dealer although more expensive, it would be worth it since it would be a gaurantee that the parts are genuine Mazda and would fit. Mabe he could find someone parting out a car as well??
