just lowered my car, need help!
so i have just lowered my 2014 mazda 3 hatch on some godspeed coilovers. The coilover kit came with front adjustable sway bar end links however nothing came for the rear and the OEM end links are now too long and i need adjustable ones for the rear but im having a hard time finding some. This is my own specilation but i think that rear sway bar end links from the 2016 mazda mx5 will work, havent seen anyone mention this but any rear end links that are about 5 1/2" long should work... not unless anyone has a better answer.
Not sure why unless for show you would completely negatively change your steering geometry on your Mazda going that low but, everyone has there personal preference on what they like their vehicle to look like aesthetically speaking . You can get from many Perfroamcne parts outlets and suppliers none specific adjustable anti-roll bar rod ends. You can even make your own custom set by simply purchasing the easily available separate parts that make up an adjustable rod end.
How much of a drop are you thinking? My sport comes with the GLI suspension setup (lower than average Jetta by 50mm if I remember correctly). A common mod to go even lower is running the GTI/Golf VW DriverGear Sport springs which are meant to be used with stock shocks and are fairly cheap and OEM+. Another one is the (formerly VW) Racingline sport springs.
