Default ISO advice for Mazdaspeed3 Coil packs and Plugs

So, I'm new to tuning and fixing cars without running to a mechanic. I bought myself an 08' MS3 today! Besides abusing my trans/clutch since I'm still learning standard, I'm hyped. It seems that i need to change the ignition coils and spark plugs. She's kinda struggling, but very drivable still. I don't know if there's any preferred shop/brand that anyone on the forum would go to for parts like this, but if so, where? I don't want to click on a random listing on amazon, spend some hundred dollars, and have some trash coils/plugs that would give out on me sooner than later. I don't really know what to look for since Im a noob. I know that there's lots of hit-and-misses when it comes to shopping for parts, but i don't have much room to burn through money on parts that i won't be able to use. Hopefully someone can help.

What makes you think the coils and plugs need changing?
