Default Instrument panel beeps

Hi

I have a 2007 Mazda 3 2.0 Sport. I recently had to disconnect the battery and now there is a beep everytime I oress one of the buttons on the center instrument panel.

These beeps were not present before I dsconnected the battery and I have been through the manual but cannot find any way to turn them off.

Does anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks

Push the right hand **** on the stereo face to cycle through the setting options. You'll see things like ALC, bass, treble, ILLM, and beep. Toggle beep to off.

when you unhooked the battary you reset the radio to factory setings, you probably noticed your radio presets were no longer your favorite stationd too ( that is if you still listen to the radio lol )

so just like icspots said just use the right know and turn the beep option off
