The cheapes'.... ah, least expensivesetis STILL $330!! For a horn? I don't think so......
I used to have a cheap plastic set on one of my Volvo's. It had a seperate instant on compressor and they got the point across just fine. IIRC, they cost me around $35-$40 at the time.

Mine were too... w/brass diaphragm's and plastic trumpets. But the compressor had nostorage tank so it was on when the horns were activated.
