What's up everyone. I am going to put some vinyl on my roof and would like to remove the black roof rails along in the channels. Problem is I have no idea how too!!

If anyone has pics or directions on how to remove them I'd appreciate it!!

I had done it a few years ago just to get the gunk out of the channels, but couldn't remember how I did it? I know I did damage a clip or two in the process, so I didn't think I was the best to answer this question.
