Default Help! CELs after replacing throttle body

Hi, I'm new here. If this is the wrong place to post this, please move of direct me to the proper area. Thanks. I just finished replacing the throttle body on my 2008 Mazda 3i sedan, and now I have 3 CEL and the automatic transmission light is on. The engine surges and the transmission continually shifts between gears. The 3 codes are for lean air bank 1, p0222 for low voltage detected in throttle body, and one for, I believe the cam sensor being low voltage. Is there steps I need to do after replacing the throttle body to finish the new install, or did I muck something up during the replacement? Update: The amount of codes keeps changing. Went down to 2 CEL, p0123 and p0222. And now its 4 CEL, p0123, p0222, p2108 and p2112. AT light is still on as well.

1st, why did you replace your throttle body?
2nd, are you 100% certain you have fitted exactly the same part number?
3rd, have you double checked that everything is plugged & plumbed in 100% ?
