Default Headlights dim during breaking and other things that use power

Hi, everyone, I'm new. I probably should have taken my 2012 Mazda3 into the shop already, but I'm here on the internet instead.

Whenever I apply the breaks to stop or slow down, the headlights dim to a little over half power and then go back up and that process repeats its self until I'm no longer using the breaks. The lights also dim when I turn the fan all the way up, steer while I'm backing out of my drive way and when I roll the windows up/down.

Here's some information about the car: It's a 2012 Mazda3 Touring with the Skyactiv DOHC 4 cylinder engine. The dimming thing has been happening for about a year now, but it was always really slight. Now it's really obvious. I'm afraid that one night, the electrical system is just going to go out on me.
