Hey guys; just got a new 2010 Mazda 3 itouring in black. I traded in my 2008 3 that i absolutely loved. Call me crazy, but i like this new version better. I think the car is for two different people; one for a younger audience and one for a more adult one. It's like Mazda is growing with me as a person kinda....that's deep???

I want to make some changes though. I am buying the following things:

Rear View Mirror With Compass
Interior Lighting Kit
Silver Molding for the interior door handles and steering wheel (possibly the Gear shift as well)

It Has Been IMPOSSIBLE for me to find the interior moldings though...should I just go to the dealer and ask.

Where should I go to get these things installed and purchase them? I found some great prices online; however I wouldn't dare install them on my own. Can I get some regular mechanic to do it or should I go back to the dealer?

I wouldnt trust a regular mechanic with something like this, sure they can take it off just fine (maybe), but i would assume getting back on just right and not having any wiring problems (assuming there is a wiring diagram that an independent shop has), the older mazdas are enough of pain to work on, the 2010's are even more of a hassle, although i do not agree with your decision on the 2010 i do smile for you sticking with mazda
